For a second year ,Andrew came to St Bees to check/service our 20+ year old caravan. Once again the service could not have been more friendly and thorough. Andrew arrived at the time arranged and worked non-stop for nearly three hours.

We had Andrew back to service our caravan again at the weekend, the service went as smoothly as it has on previous years, always nice to get an efficient service carried out without having to travel anywhere. We’re happy knowing the caravan is ready for another year of travel.

Andrew serviced our 20 year old caravan on a site in St Bees. Outstanding service. Easy to arrange an appointment and Andrew arrived at the time agreed. Very professional in all aspects of work. New motor mover fitted
Great service from the initial contact too ordering and fitting the m/mover. Even supplied the battery at short notice. Would highly recommend this company to all.

Had a full service completed today which was kindly fitted in at short notice. Every aspect of this job was professional, from booking the appointment, calling on the day as a reminder and then arriving exactly at the time promised. Very friendly men who carried out a very thorough service. An unexpected repair was even carried out on the spot. I would highly recommend Cumbria caravan & motor home services – they are professionals.

Full service carried out on our caravan by Caravan Services Cumbria today, turned up when they said they would and got straight to work, everything was explained and they were happy to answer questions as they worked.

We bought a secondhand caravan and wanted a service to check all was well with it, previously we’ve been to Carlisle so it was far more convenient to have the service done locally. The engineers arrived on time, they kept the caravan clean and were very efficient, they phoned to say a part needed replacing before going ahead and doing it, we had a comprehensive report and a tutorial. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Fantastic service! The lads did a full habitation service on my Motorhome, witch checked and tested everything inside and out, with a full report afterwards. They sorted out the leaky seals on the roof and trim. Nothing was too much trouble to do or advise on. All this at a very reasonable price, I cannot praise them enough, definitely service with a smile!

Came back from 3 nights away and luckily the weather stayed nice for Andrew to come and fit the motor mover. They did the job well, explaining why we needed a switch fitting because of the placement of our caravan battery and why the control box needed to be in a certain place. Their communication with each other whilst working was jolly and they were friendly with us. They were happy to answer our questions and we tried not to get in their way too much, we’re quite nosey and like to know what folks are doing with our pride and joy. Once the mover was fitted we had a full demonstration of how to use it and then they watched us to make sure we fully understood what to do. They cleaned up inside the the caravan and outside too and took all the packaging away. A nice and tidy job and at a competitive price too. Thanks lads.

Never used a mobile caravan service team before. Previously travelled 140 miles return trip to a main dealer where never sure who would be working on my caravan or what they had done. Never again! What a difference! Andrew arrived bang on time and I am completely confident with what they have done! They are a professional team and because they are caravaners themselves they understand the service we caravaners require. Will definately use again and highly recommended!

A great big thank you to Andrew and Tony for fitting my motor mover yesterday. This mobile service is fantastic – appointment made in advance that was suitable for me. Very experienced and nothing was an issue. Instructions were left as well as a tutorial and i will certainly use them again for further work.

Easy to deal with and set up the inspection of the caravan. Essential since we were many hours drive away and new to the scene. Good clear report and a brief over the phone so that I could move quickly. We now have the van and have already spent our first night in it. Very happy with the service and van. Many thanks. First time i have had my Caravan serviced by a mobile service, I have always taken my caravan away!! no more. These guys turned up on time at my van had all the equipment, Gas inspection, Damp testing, Bodywork exterior and interior, all the water appliances, electrical system 240v and 12v, fire and safety, chassis and running gear,

Thanks to the Guys at Cumbria Caravan & Motorhome services, recently arranged for a habitation service to be completed. Guys arrived on time & explained in detail what the habitation survey entailed. Work carried out to a high standard, neat & tidy. Fixed the door at no extra charge (even offered to drop the keys off at my home address to save travelling back to the caravan storage depot. Excellent overall service that i would recommend. Thank you.

Discovered we had a problem with the brakes on our caravan when we went to clean and sort it for a week away, we were worried that we would have to cancel but after a quick phone call to Cumbria Caravan and Motorhome Service they came out and had us up and running again.
